How each article is written
Articles are shaped for the way answer engines read. Two gates are on by default: every section heading is a question, and every section opens with the answer. That is the passage an engine lifts into its reply.
- It writes in your language and for the audience you set, in a house voice you describe in your own words.
- It names only the source organisations on your approved list, and a draft that names any other host is rejected before it publishes.
- It reads your sitemap, so it links each article to your real pages and does not write a page you already have.
- Each article carries a generated hero image, a byline linking to a page on your site, an AI-assistance disclosure line and a closing link for the reader who is ready.

Publishing connections are saved per brand, so every site you track connects its own. IndexNow can tell Bing, Yandex, Seznam and Naver the moment a page goes live.

You stay in control
Review first is the recommended setting. Each article stops at Awaiting approval, where you read and edit the whole thing, including the search title and description, and publish it in one click. Reject keeps a copy and sends nothing. Turn on alerts and Cituna tells you by email or Slack when an article is waiting.
The calendar shows what has been written and what is booked next. Drag a topic onto a day for a launch or a seasonal question, and everything else keeps flowing in queue order. If a destination refuses an article, the draft is kept and delivery is retried, so a broken connection costs nothing from your allowance.
After it ships
Cituna measures every published article weekly against its own Search Console rows. When a page is seen and ranking but not getting the click, AutoSEO rewrites its search title, its description and up to two FAQ answers, and updates the live page in place.
