Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cituna at cituna.com (the “Service”), operated by Eternum Capital FZE LLC (“Cituna”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The service

Cituna analyzes how AI answer engines (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Grok, and Google AI Overviews) and search reference your brand, and provides scores and recommendations. Results are informational estimates: they are not guarantees of rankings, citations, traffic, or any specific outcome.

Accounts

• You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to be at least 16 years old.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable use

• Only submit domains you own or are authorized to analyze.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others’ rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, overload, or circumvent limits of the Service, and do not resell it without our written permission.

Free trial & limits

Trial usage may be rate-limited and certain features may be reserved for paid plans. We may change limits, features, and pricing, and will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.

Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. The 3-day free trial requires a valid payment method, and unless you cancel before it ends, your trial converts automatically to the Starter plan at $39 per month. Pro is $119 per month and Max is $399 per month. All prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes we are required to collect.

Each plan renews automatically for a further month, at the then-current price, until you cancel. We will email you before your trial converts and before any price change takes effect on your account.

You can cancel at any time from Settings, or by emailing support@cituna.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; your account keeps working until then. We do not require you to call anyone or wait for business hours to cancel.

Because a scan spends money with third-party AI providers the moment it runs, payments are generally non-refundable and we do not pro-rate a partial month. If something went wrong on our side, or you were charged after cancelling, email us within 30 days and we will put it right.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Cituna. Your data remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide and improve the Service.

Third-party services

Results depend on third-party AI providers and data sources. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or outputs of those third parties.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cituna will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD $100 if you have not paid us anything, for example during a free trial).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
