Yes - every account starts with a 3-day free trial. A card is required to start, and you can cancel anytime before it ends.
What counts as a "buyer prompt"? +
A buyer prompt is a real question your customers ask an AI engine before choosing. Cituna runs each prompt across all 7 engines and records whether you're cited.
Can I change plans later? +
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your dashboard - plan changes are prorated automatically.
Do you offer annual billing? +
Yes. Switch the toggle above the plans to Annual and you pay for 10 months instead of 12 — 2 months free on every self-serve plan, billed as a single yearly charge. You can choose annual at checkout, or switch an existing monthly plan to annual anytime. Enterprise also offers invoiced annual terms with purchase orders.
What happens if I cancel? +
Cancel any time in Settings. Your account keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for. Scans spend money with AI providers the moment they run, so a partial month is not pro-rated.
