Which AI engines do you track?
Six: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Grok and Google AI Overviews, all six checked daily on every plan, Grok included on the same cadence as the rest.
How many prompts do I need?
Most brands start with 10–15 buyer questions, the ones your customers actually ask AI before choosing. Starter tracks 15 prompts, Pro 40 and Max 120, each checked across every engine. You can edit your tracked prompts anytime, so start with what matters and grow from there.
Is there a free tier?
No, you start with a 7-day free trial instead. A card is required to start and you can cancel anytime before it ends; you are not charged during the trial. The trial is a limited taste (all six engines and on-demand scans, but no Search Console, MCP or other integrations), and it rolls into Starter ($39/mo) when the week is out unless you cancel or pick another plan, so scanning never pauses.
Is the MCP server included?
On paid plans, yes, the MCP server is included from $39 (Starter), so you can query your scans, gaps and Google Search Console data from Claude or any MCP client. It is NOT part of the free trial. The read tools work on Starter; the write tools, run a scan, update your fix queue, need Pro. See the MCP page for the full tool list.
Do you track Grok and Microsoft Copilot?
Grok, yes, it is included on every plan and checked daily, exactly like the other five. Microsoft Copilot, no, we do not track it today. All six engines you get (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Grok and Google AI Overviews) are checked daily.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing, there is no lock-in and no cancellation fee. Cancel before your 7-day trial ends and you are never charged.
What are the generated fixes?
For each gap we find, Cituna generates the concrete fix, schema markup, FAQ markup, an llms.txt file and content recommendations, so you can ship the change, not just read a score. Then re-scan to check the lift.
Is Google Search Console included?
On every paid plan (Starter and up), not on the free trial. Connect Search Console and Cituna ties your AI-visibility work back to real clicks and impressions, and you can query that same data from Claude through the MCP server.
